The exposure times are exactly the same as the sunlight stencils, blue 

Expose in sunlight for 4 mins

In overcast for 6 minutes and a U.V. led exposure unit 3 minutes.

Shelf Life in its pre coated state, the screen is 12 months .

Kept stored in its UV protected wrapping..

The sunlight led exposure unit. no coating trough, no emulsion, no chemicals, just sunlight and tap water.
Our Sunlight coated screens can be stored up to 12 months un opened from its UV protected bag.

Finally all you need is a sheet of glass and black foam.

Harnessing  sunlight and tap water to create the perfect silk screening stencil.

After soaking in tap water for 15 minutes, the emulsion will wash out in the design area and the stencil is ready to be used!
