5 Easy steps:

• Print your design from your PC onto a transparency.
• Coat your emulsion and wait for it to dry. (a small domestic fan heater helps)
• Expose your image using the Exposure unit in this kit. (You will need a sheet of glass bigger than your image)
• Wash your image out
• Ready to print!

The ink provided in the water-based kit is air-drying ink. Simply leave to dry or use a hairdryer and then iron over your print to make it wash proof.

100ml of concentrate emulsion remover dilute with water 1-10. Will remove most screen printing stencil emulsions in the marketplace.

How to use

Instructions: Dilute with water. wet screen on both sides with water. Apply Emulsion Remover with a damp cloth on both sides . Leave to soak for 3 mins. Then pressure wash off.
100ml of concentrate Degreaser wetting agent dilute with water 1-10.

Instructions: Dilute with water. wet screen on both sides with water. Apply degreaser with a damp cloth and work into screen on both sides. Rinse off and dry ready for your next image to be applied
100ml of solvent Screen Wash. to remove plastisol ink and opaque Water based ink residue.

How to use

Instructions: Card off all remaining ink off the Silk screen. For Plastisol and solvent inks, soak a small rag with screen wash and wipe all the ink off, allow screen to dry.
Water-based ink scrapes off and place back in the pot. Wash screen down with water, under tap or hose. allow to dry then dab screen wash on a dry rag. Wipe off ink residue applying circular motions. leave the screen to dry.
150ml of haze paste image ghosting remover, for removing ink stains from the Silkscreen Mesh. for stubborn stains increases the strength when used with screen wash.

How to use

Instructions: When the ink is off, and the emulsion is off, but you can still see a ghosting image of your design still on your mesh. While the screen is wet using a nail brush rub and pastes into the ghost image on both sides of your screen printing screen, leave for 10 mins then power wash off. For stubborn GHOSTING, apply Screenwash while the screen is still wet until the ghosting fades away.

For health and safety, you must wear eye protection and gloves when using this kit. Always keep out of the reach of children.
